About

I've been on both sides of this.

Overweight, then too skinny, then 200 pounds from a bulk that got out of hand. Structure is what finally got me lean.

Arshan overweight, before his transformation

I was overweight my entire childhood. Got bullied for it too, called fat, fatso, hippo. It destroyed my self-image and killed my confidence. I had social anxiety. I was too scared to stand out, too scared to talk to people, because I was always waiting for someone to make fun of me again. So I just stayed quiet and hoped nobody noticed me.

Losing the weight wasn't some big moment. I started doing ab workouts off YouTube on a yoga mat in my room, and taught myself how to cook instead of just eating whatever was around, starting with something as basic as chicken and broccoli. The weight actually came off. I got down to around 135 pounds, which is skinny for someone my height. But skinny wasn't what I actually wanted. I still didn't have any muscle, and looking thinner in the mirror didn't fix how I felt about my body. It just meant I was a different shape I wasn't happy with.

In high school I took a weightlifting class, and that's what actually got me into it. I got my own gym membership right after. At first I had no idea what I was doing, so I'd ask the bigger guys at the gym how they trained, what they did for a certain muscle, anything I could pick up. I also started watching YouTube videos on different splits. But somewhere in there I convinced myself that eating as much as possible was the key to building muscle, so I used bulking as an excuse to just eat. I ended up around 200 pounds, but it wasn't muscle. It was mostly fat from eating without any real plan behind it.

That's when I actually started going deeper instead of just guessing. I used AI and Google to search through articles and research on my own, and eventually took a course that broke down exactly how the body builds muscle. Between all that studying and years of trial and error, I put together a program that actually worked for me. This coaching program is that same knowledge, built into one system, so you don't have to spend years piecing it together the way I did.
